Restwyn

Terms of Use

Effective November 4, 2026

  1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of Restwyn, the puzzle game for iOS. By installing or playing it you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

  2. Your licence to play

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play Restwyn on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

  3. Shards, charms and cosmetics

Gem shards are earned only by playing. They and everything cut with them at the Gemcutter's Bench (charms, spare wicks, cups and hoods) exist only inside the game. They have no value outside it, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged. They are stored on your device and are lost if the save is erased or the app is deleted.

  4. Playing fairly

Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, or tamper with its files to change your progress. Restwyn is for personal play.

  5. Who owns what

The game, including its floors, characters, art, music, sounds, text and code, belongs to its developer and is protected by intellectual property law. This licence lets you play; it does not give you ownership of any part of the game.

  6. How the game works

Restwyn runs offline on your device. It has no accounts, no online services, no advertising and no purchases, and it collects no personal data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

  7. No warranty

Restwyn is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or work on every device.

  8. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of saved progress.

  9. Players of all ages

Restwyn is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience.

  10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date at the top will change when they are. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the current version.
